what to bring

Your child will need a healthy packed lunch. We recommend a brown bread sandwich, roll or crackers (e.g. Provita) with a healthy filling. Cold meat, cheese, veg, fruit, yoghurt, nuts, biltong and dried fruit without sugar are also favourites. Please keep lunches as simple as possible to alleviate competition amongst the children and to keep your children healthy. (We do provide the occasional snack for children who suddenly need to stay at aftercare on an ad hoc basis.)
